  • Initial nutrition coaching packages begin at $150 and include: a 30-minute initial assessment call, preparation of an individualized nutrition plan, and a 30-minute call to review the plan. Follow up calls can be scheduled according to your needs and are $35 per 30 minutes. All calls are conducted virtually.

How Does this Work?

If you have a health issue like high blood pressure, are looking to lose weight, train for a race or just improve your overall health, I can help you with that. Fill out the contact form and we can set up a time to chat and discuss your needs. Then I can suggest different personalized plans for you. There is no cost for the initial cost and no obligation.

DO I have to follow a Rigid Plan or use specific recipes?

Not at all. We are all busy, over scheduled and over stressed. I am a real person too and provide plans for the time pressed that cater to your particular food preferences and time constraints.

Can you help me with exercise or stress management?

I am an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer and health coach so my plans are designed to encompass the “whole person” and include exercise, stress management and mindfulness.

Are you Science-Based?

Absolutely! I take the guesswork out of proper nutrition by keeping abreast of the latest science and research. No fads, no BS, just evidence-based nutrition.

What if I don’t know how to cook?

I provide easy, healthy recipes for my clients so you don’t need to be a chef or buy expensive hard to find ingredients.

Do you only work with plant based people?

No, I work with people across the spectrum of food preferences.
